Tailors Gone Wild Beginner Sewing Course!

Many years ago, I began learning how to sew on my own, through lots of trial-and-error (mostly error) and constantly looking up how to do this and that online.

Aside from the fact that back then most Internet videos were only 360p, I bounced around a lot – inadvertently learning some advanced sewing techniques while remaining clueless about more basic ones.

In many cases, I didn’t even know what to look for, since I didn’t know what some things were called.

I wasted a lot of fabric figuring things out and eventually managed to accumulate enough random knowledge to become somewhat capable, although my skill set remained uneven for years as I gradually filled in the gaps in my knowledge.

Fortunately, you don’t need to learn the hard way like I did!

Learning to sew is much easier with a good teacher and organized lesson plan.

I’ve put together a Beginner Sewing course, in which I cover the fundamentals of sewing both costumes and “regular” clothes.

Throughout this (and the following three) courses, you’ll continually learn and develop skills in a natural progression; each lesson and course builds on the preceding material.

And in many of the sewing lessons, I’ve demonstrated with (or at least referenced) specific uniforms and costumes you might recognize. 😉

With nearly 3 hours of sewing instruction over 20 lessons and a book-length PDF, this course is packed with everything you need to know to get started sewing.

No prior sewing knowledge or experience is necessary; you can learn at your own pace, and you can go through the sewing lessons as many times as you want.

If you’ve been wanting to learn how to sew but don’t know where to start, this is your chance!
